Hall had a gift given to him by General Forrest that he was still cherishing as late as 1937 and said that it was the most valuable possession that he owned. Guest, Perry Short, Author and Civil War Enthusiast takes on the questions on Forrest as the two men discuss the Good, The Bad and The ugly circumstances of the famous General. It was in 2015 when Orderlyforlee discovered his ancestor's connection to General Forrest. His discovery led him to conduct a second look at the notorious general and come away with a different perspective on Forrest as a man and General during the Civil War.
